2012 Kia Rio

Compared to the previous generation the new Rio model is longer by 20 mm, wider by 25 mm, and lower by -15 mm and features a wheelbase extended by 70 mm to 2,570 mm – greatly enhancing passenger space and cargo capacity

The fourth generation Kia Rio made its world debut at the Geneva Motor Show and will be put on sale in five-doors version from September with the all-new 3-door model on sale from early 2012. Both versions will be manufactured exclusively at Kia’s Sohari plant in Korea.

The new Rio will be offered with a choice of four highly efficient three- and four-cylinder engines with power ranging from 70-to-109 HP. When powered by the 109 HP version, the new Rio will sprint from 0 to 60 mph in 11.5 seconds and will hit a top speed of 112 mph.

2012 BMW M5 F10

The lucky tuning company that appears to be the first of its kind to prepare a tuning program for the M5 F10 Concept is Prior Design. The early-bird tuning program has become kind of a recent specialty for the German tuning firm after the company made a similar preview of their styling tune-up for the BMW 6-Series Coupe just a few weeks ago.

It’s only been less than a day since BMW introduced their new M5 Concept and we already have the first tuning firm that’s stepped forward to announce a new aerodynamic kit program for the German sports car.
Granted, specific details behind Prior Design’s aerodynamic kit for the 2012 M5 F10 is still being kept under wraps, at least until the summer time of this year. For now, the tuning company released these teaser photos of their latest project, one that we expect would keep the aggressive details of the M5 F10 while also coming with some refreshed aesthetic modifications.

2011 Ferrari 458 Italia Black Carbon Edition

As it name suggest the 458 Italia Black Carbon Edition combines a black exterior paint with carbon fiber insertions and the exterior mirrors, rear diffused, air inlets and of course the new set of wheels. As for the interior, black leather and Alcantara is combined with carbon fiber inserts.

The Ferrari 458 Italia is not the only Ferrari model to caught Anderson Germany attention. If their first package was based on the California, their next step was the 599 GTB Fiorano and now the 458. And keeping the same trend with all their latest packages, the kit for the Italia model is called Black Carbon Edition.

As for the power upgrade, thanks to the addition of a new exhaust system and an ECU recalibration, the 4.5 Liter V8 engine will now deliver an impressive 623 HP, quite an impressive update over the standard 570 HP. However, the tuner said nothing about the performances upgrades, but don’t expect a significant improvement over the standard 202 mph.

GeigerCars represnt 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Super Sport 564 HP

Geiger Cars’ package for the Camaro follows along the same lines as the package for the Mustang, but while the Mustang received a subtle gold exterior to highlight the modifications made, the Camaro is sourly eye-catching in this green exterior paint. Hideous as the color may be, the Camaro was also outfitted with a nice exterior package and can now scream down the road with its upgraded 564 HP. Can we forgive the color long enough to enjoy the ride? Absolutely.

Wait, wasn’t it just a few days ago that Geiger Cars unveiled their Mustang Shelby GT640 "Golden Snake"? Now it’s become apparent that the tuning firm is out to even the score by releasing a package for the Mustang’s key competitor, the Chevrolet Camaro SS? Well, we guess that is one way to keep things balanced between the two sides of the muscle car fanatics.

2010 - 2012 Cadillac SRX

After being dramatically redesigned back in 2010, the Cadillac SRX has once again been put under the magnifying glass, but this time the changes that were made to the lineup were minimal. All SRX fans out there will have much to rejoice over as the 2012 Cadillac will get a more powerful version added to its line-up: a 3.6 liter direct-injected V-6 engine that will deliver a total of 300 HP and 260 lb.-ft. of torque.

The Cadillac SRX was unveiled at the 2009 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, and is going on sale starting at $33,330 for the base 3.0 Liter V6 powered front wheel drive version and climbs all the way up to $51,360 for the 2.8 Liter six cylinder Turbo Premium version.  As the Cadillac of crossovers enters its second generation, the completely redesigned SRX delivers a dynamic alternative in terms of visual appeal and driving character to ordinary CUVs with its downsized fuel efficient gas burning engines.  The SRX comes standard with a front wheel drive layout and is available with all wheel drive as an option.  It is built atop a version of General Motors’ Theta platform that is also used for the Chevrolet Equinox and the Epsilon II platform that is also used for the European Opel Insignia.
